Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Listers or Renters as required to facilitate a rental inquiry or application
- With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics) under data processing agreements
- When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users
- In connection with a merger or acquisition, with notice to affected users
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, most personal data is removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

Under PIPEDA and PIPA, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
